Five lawsuits are currently being filed by users whose accounts were hacked under the extramarital affair social site, Ashley Madison.

Reportedly there are 37 million members on the Ashley Madison site, in which all have suffered humiliation and harassment over the reported publication of personal information.

A suit recently filed last week mentions that Ashley Madison and Avid Life should have known about the site’s vulnerabilities in their computer systems.  Lawyers claim the programmers were warned about a possible security breach. The suit alleges that there was a file included in the hack detailing multiple “technical issues that could lead to a data breach occurring, as well the legal problems that may come with that.”

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worst, it does! Two employees of have stated the lack of security on the site.According to NBC News Reports regarding the suit, the document specifically notes that customer data was at risk for phishers . Possible information  could have been revealed by an employee (s) being conned into revealing.

Computer Security Journalist Brian Krebs, who confirmed the first hack, found emails allegedly from the company’s chief executive, suggesting the company hacked a competitor site, Nerve.com in 2012.

There are quite a few suicides that have also happened from the hacking with a list of celebrities being exposed. Two individuals  of whom were expected to be connected to the hacking and leak of information took their lives after the stories broke.

Among the list of celebrities include, ‘A Real House Wife’  Husband, A NFL Star, and a politician. Acting Staff Superintendent Bryce Evans of the Toronto police said: “I want to make it very clear to you your actions are illegal and we will not be tolerating them. This is your wake-up call.”

What a way to end the summer!
